Overview of our Program:
To help maximize your agency's commission levels with those vendors where you are not earning the highest possible commissions. We give you the flexibility to pick and choose which vendors to book with us.

You are now considered an Independent Contractor of Travel Network/Vacation Central in which you can use to maximize the commissions you earn.

Remember to always use your 7 digit Internal Agent ID # (ex. 90xxxxx) which we have just created and this number will appear once you log into the site. You will need to provide every time you make a telephone booking and the reservation agent should be able to include your 7 digit agent ID number in the Name Field of the confirmation. Each vendor has different space field setups so please advise them to include in the reservation if possible.

In addition, after making a booking you MUST fill out a CBS Form ("Central Booking System") which is our commission claim form. This is an electronic form where we will cross reference the booking number to pay out commissions. The form is located on the middle toolbar of the site.

We will pay each agent on the 25th of each month via direct deposit so please fill out here or you can go to the homepage of the site and fill out the Direct Deposit Form. In addition you will need to fill out a W9 so at the end of the year, if you earn more than $600 in commission, we will issue a 1099 form at the end of January.

Some of our travel vendors require us to provide Logins for certain booking engines. In order to request it, we have online forms located on the site that you can fill out and request the login. Most of the cruise lines logins and some tour operators are needed to be setup by us since we are the admin. Even if you have your own login with certain vendors we will still need to provide you one under our umbrella in order for you to earn a higher commission level. You may be able to transfer any bookings to Travel Network/Vacation Central that are deposit only and are not paid in full in order to maximize commissions Click Here to Transfer a Booking
