Transfer of Cruise or Tour Booking(s)

Even if you have already made a booking through another agency or host agency and not with Travel Network/Vacation Central, it is possible to transfer that booking over to us and earn a higher commission.
However some cruise lines/tour operators will not allow us (the new agency) to earn our full commission level on transferred bookings such as Disney Cruise Line and Crystal Cruise Line. So please check to make sure before you transfer over the booking that it is not at the 10% base level.
We advise that you FIRST CALL the cruise line or tour operator to see if they are willing transfer the booking from your agency to ours simply by providing our agency information. Sometimes, it may be easier to cancel the booking, if possible and rebook under our number.

If the cruise line/tour operator will not transfer your booking over the phone, then YOU will need to Email A LETTER to the cruise line/tour operator in order to transfer the booking. Specifics vary based on the cruise line/tour operator, so please, follow up with each vendor to ensure that transfer has been made.
We have experienced issues when transferring over RCCL bookings so please follow up with this cruise line to ensure they have received your Transfer Email Letter.
You Cannot Transfer a booking if you have already made the Final Payment on the booking. However, you may transfer a booking if there is either no money or only a deposit on the booking.
Transfer Process Overview:
- Each cruise line/tour operator has a different policy to transfer a booking. Some require the permission of the client in order to transfer the booking and/or an acceptance letter from us. We know that RCCL & Holland.
- Contact the cruise line/tour operator directly to obtain policy information including your responsibility as the agent.
- Transfer time differs for each cruise line/tour operator, so YOU will need to follow-up and call the cruise line to make sure that the transfer is completed. Sometimes you may have to send the email a second time as this is not always a smooth process.
- The email address may be different for individual bookings vs group bookings, so please make sure you email the right department.
- Make sure that Original Agency, if another host agency or owner of the agency, is willing to allow transfer of booking before you fill out form, they may not allow you to transfer the booking.
- Please remember to fill out a CBS Form so we can send any confirmations and pay out your commissions.
- We have provided some current cruise contact phone/fax list below for your convenience.
- We require a minimum of at least 5 business days to process your request. Kindly forward along with this completed form along with your letter of transfer.
- Transfer requests will not be accepted by telephone by us as we need in writing from you.
Please fill out the form below, so we are aware of the transfer request as some cruise lines require us to accept the booking and email a letter signed by our manager to the cruise line. In addition, you can send an email over to alert us of this request as the form below goes into a different file.
