Call the individual cruise line or tour vendor
The reservation agent will ask you for our Agency Phone # or CLIA/IATA # during the booking process.
Ask the reservation agent to include your 7 digit Agent ID # along with your name or even instead of your name on the vendor confirmation (ex. 90xxxxx)
This number is needed to easily identify our agents. For example, Agent Name 90xxxxx or just have the agent list your agent ID number if the name and the number will not fit on vendor confirmation. Ask the reservation agent if it will fit because different cruise lines and tour vendors have different field values or space requirements on their faxes. If they will not take your agent ID number, then you will have to use your first name and last initial if space is available on the confirmation.
NOTE - the vendor may or may not fax the travel confirmation to your fax number. We will then email the travel confirmation to your email address that we have on file.
Once you complete your reservation or booking you will need to fill out a CBS form to expedite the emailing of the travel confirmation, the sending of documents and payment of commissions. This ensures that even if the reservation agent does not include the Agent ID # on the fax or gets cut off we can cross check the booking number with the CBS Form to figure out who the fax belongs to and email.
