Number to Use in the Confirmation/Booking Field

We will list some of the vendors and their right Booking/Confirmation # to use when entering a CBS Form so we can easily look up from the vendor back-up payment summary.

This is just a guide to help you and sometimes the format of the confirmation number could change.

 

Land Vendor Confirmation/Booking Number to Use
Classic Vacations 7 digits long, numbers only starting with the number 7
Club Med 9 digits long, numeric
Delta Vacations use the booking # and NOT the record locator
Expedia TAAP 14 digits long starting with the number 1 or 7
Funjet Vacations 8 digits long, alphanumeric
Globus 6 digits long, numeric
Markup Your Air (FareBuzz) 5 digits long, use the Booking Number (ex. 12250)
Do not use the Reservation ID
Priceline 11 digits long, numeric only, no letters
Sandals 7 digits long, numeric
Cruise Lines  
Carnival Cruises 6 digits long, alphanumeric
Celebrity 7 digits long, only numbers
Costa 8 digits long, numeric
Crystal 10 digits long, starting with a letter
Cunard 6 digits long, alphanumeric, starts with a letter
Disney Cruise Line 8 digits long, starts with 26 or 27 as 9/19/17; it could change
Holland America Line 6 digits long, letters & numbers, start with H or W
RCCL 7 digits long, numeric
MSC 8 digits long, numeric
NCL 8 digits long, numeric- individual booking, 7 digits long - group bookings
Princess 6 digits long, alphanumeric, starts with a letter
