This is a certificate, Not a coupon, that you will purchase from us, used for an NCL Cruise Booking that you can apply up to 2 certificates per booking for a balcony or higher.  Only 1 certificate can be used if it is an Inside or Oceanview cabin. (for the time being you can use 2 certificates on these cabins as well)

Also it is possible that NCL is running a "special limited time" reduced special deposit promotion, but the certificate cost to the client will be $250 so the incentive for you is to have them use this certificate and you in turn can make a $50 upfront commission (minus merchant fee) as your cost will be $200.  You can maybe offer the client some commission back to incentivize them to take this option.

We will apply up to 2 - $250 CruiseNext certificate on to your client's current NCL reservation for a saling of 6 days or longer.  If the cruise sailing is 3-5 days long, you can only apply one $250 cruise certificate to the booking.

This procedure has to be applied by us here at headquarters and these certificates that we have can be used for either the initial deposit or for Additional Payments to be made on the cruise even if the deposit has been made.

The COST of this certificate is $200, so you will end up earning an upfront $50 commission (minus merchant fee).  This is not an OBC but an upfront commission for you, the agent.

This NCL CruiseNext certificate can cover the full deposit on the stateroom, if has not been made yet, and therefore you will not need a deposit per passenger for an inside, outside, or balcony cabin.

How do we process this CruiseNext certificate?

1. Make a booking with NCL, provide us with the reservation # and we will apply the cruise certificate to the booking. 
   
   Once we apply the certificate to the booking, the invoice will show as PAID by CRUISENEXT Coupon and list the amount of 250.00 under the Payments Applied section
   
   We DO NOT handle any other payments that need to be made with the booking.  You should contact NCL directly if you need to make payment.
    
2. We will charge your client's credit card or we can Auto-Draft your bank account for the certificate amount.

   Please inform your client that the credit card charge will be listed as Vacation Central and not NCL for this charge.
   We will can charge as one amount if you purchase 2 certificates for the booking.

3. Once you fill out the form below, We Will Call NCL and then apply the $250 certificate to the booking.
    
4. Finally we will direct deposit into your monthly commission payout a $50 commission minus a 3% merchant fee as we will be charging the credit card in our office and not NCL.
      
       A. Calculated: $250 charge x 3% merchant fee = $7.50, so you earn $42.50
   
       B. Since we are selling this cruise certificate for $200, this creates a $50 commission
            (minus merchant fee)
       
       C. If we auto-draft your account, then there is no merchant fee and you earn the full $50 commission

We DO NOT handle any other payments that need to be made with the booking.  We will only apply the certificate value to the booking.  You should contact NCL directly if you need to make any payments.

Terms & Conditions:

1. NCL CruiseNext Certificate is valid for sailings of 6 days or longer.  If the sailing is 3-5 days long, we can still apply one cruise certificate.
    
2. Limit of 2 NCL CruiseNext Certificates may be used per stateroom and may be used as the full deposit for all staterooms except Speciality Suites, Courtyard Villas and Garden Villas (staterooms requiring enhanced deposit).  1 NCL Cruise Reward Deposit may be used as a partial deposit towards the full required deposit for Speciality Suites, Courtyard Villas and Garden Villas.
    
3. Will have to notify NCL that a NCL CruiseNext Certificate will be applied to the reservation.  No black-out dates will apply.  Reservations are subject to availability.
    
4. NCL CruiseNext Certificates cannot be combined with chartered cruises, employed, friends and family, interline and travel agent rates.
