The following cruises lines provide (issue) electronic documents (e-Docs). This means that we will not receive any paper documents to send to your agency.
There are certain cruise & tour vendors that will still send out paper documents in which we will then forward to your agency. These are usually from the luxury cruise lines and tour vendors such as Apple and Globus.
We have listed below the links to access the e-Docs from both the agent side and the consumer side. If you send the link directly to your client they will be able to access their e-Docs on their own, saving you some time.

Once the booking is paid in full, you can access the edocs online by clicking above. You will need the booking number, guest last name, ship name, and the sail date in order to access the docs.

Enter the Reservation Number, the client's Last Name, and the First Initial.
Pre-Docs are sent directly to guest, make sure to provide address.
Between 75 and 21 days prior to the sailing, NCL will be sending your clients a kit containing important information about their cruise. This kit includes a Welcome Aboard Brochure, Shore Excursion Brochure and Order Form, Luggage Tags and a Travel Protection Program Booklet (if applicable)

Enter the client's First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and the Booking Number
Once logged in, on the right hand side click under TRAVEL SUMMARY to retrieve the eDocs.
Pre-docs will be still mailed out and will include the passenger's luggage tags. If you do not receive the pre-docs then the client will pick up at the cruise pier.
