Duplicate Booking/Conf #
Check your Commission Wizard first

***The CBS Form that you just tried to enter DID NOT go into the system since it contained a duplicate booking # which already existed and may already be in your Commission Reporting Wizard. 

You can click on the Search button without entering any data to show all bookings and see if the booking is in your report.

If this is not the case, then we entered a CBS Form as a LOST Booking since the commission came in already without us knowing which agent it belonged to and therefore we entered a CBS Form as a place holder in the system.***

Sometimes the agent forgets that they had already entered the CBS Form and therefore the system will not allow you to enter again.

  • Did you check to see if the booking ALREADY EXISTS in your Commission Reporting Wizard?
    The Commission Reporting Wizard link is located under the COMMISSIONS tab on the left hand side.

    Click on Search button in the wizard to see all your bookings and check first to see if the booking is already listed.

     
  • If you need to Edit the CBS Form (Click Here) in order to change the information on your CBS Form, you can do that on your own and therefore you do not need to fill out the below form.  Just go ahead and edit your CBS Form.

If the booking Does Not already appear in your Commission Reporting Wizard, then the reason for this duplicate booking message is that the same Boooking # already exists in our system used for another older booking by the same or even a different vendor.  Some vendors recycle their booking numbers after a few years. 

***Additional Commission for same booking Number***

If the vendor is paying an Additional Commission on the same booking # at a later date because of an upgrade to the booking or a change in the booking, then we will handle on our end and apply to the CBS Form by creating another CBS Form.  Therefore you do not need to enter another CBS form unless the booking # is different.

The form below is only needed to be filled out if the booking/confirmation # is being used by another vendor and therefore you cannot enter a CBS Form.

This is a rare instance when a vendor happens to use the booking # again but we will fix on our end and advise when you can enter your CBS Form.

Did you check to see if the booking ALREADY EXISTS in your Commission Reporting Wizard? and that is why you can not enter again as the system does not allow duplicate booking numbers to be entered. 

If you click on the Search button on the Commission Reporting Wizard, all your bookings will show up.

Please DO NOT fill out form again as you should receive an email confirmation that we have received your request.
