Commission Policies:

In recognition of the business brought to us by travel agencies, Cruise America pays:

A 5% commission on net time and mileage charges and one–way rental drop fees on all RV rentals originally booked by the Travel Agent, excluding vehicle repositioning specials.

Commission amounts are based on actual completed Rental Agreement charges and are payable normally, 30 to 45 days after contract completion. Please note Cruise America includes LDW (Loss Damage Waiver), SLI (Supplemental Liability Insurance – USA rentals) and VIP (Vacation Interruption Protection) coverages as part of the commissionable daily time charges. Average commissionable charges are well in excess of $1,250 per rental.

Travel Agent Discounts:

Cruise America offers travel agents a 20% discount on “time and mileage” for rentals in the U.S, and Canada. We’re offering these specials discounts because we value your efforts and once you discover how great it is to travel in one of our RVs, we know you’ll want to book a Cruise America RV for your clients.

To be eligible for the discount you must present one of the following cards as employment identification:

• International Air Transport Association Card (IATA)
• International Airlines Travel Agent Network Card (IATAN)

To receive the discount, the reservation must be made through the Cruise America reservation center at 800 671-8042. The card must be presented, with the same name as the renter, at the time of pick up.
