If a cruise booking was made on the consumer cruise booking engine by either you or your client, you will be able to manage the booking by logging into the booking engine of that cruise line which was booked. We have listed each cruise line below in which you will have to log-in to retrieve the booking.
In addition you will have to advise the client to pre-register for their cruise in order to book certain activities and access their e-Docs. We have provided those links below for you to provide your customers and you should also provide their reservation number or booking number.
Once you have logged-in you will be able to see when the Final Payment Date is due. This will be important if a deposit was made on the booking email that was sent. You will have to directly contact the client to obtain their credit card information in order to make final payment.
You will need to use the Booking Conf # listed on the email (towards the top of the email) that you have received to pull up the booking reservation.

The travel insurance, if purchased, is made through Travel Guard and not the cruise line. Their customer service number is 800-826-4919 and they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you.
