How to Produce Your Commission Statement

 
When we pay out your commission, you will receive an email confirmation with the Subject line: Summary of Commission Payout, on the morning of the 25th of the month listing of all the bookings that made up that commission payment.

However, there have been times when an agent did not get this email or can not find their Commission Statement email.  In this case you can go on to the agent site and produce a statement for your records.

  • Click on the Commission Reporting Wizard.  This is located under the Commissions tab.
     
  • Once you are on that page fill in the Payment Date field a date range.
     
  • The payment is usually made on the 25th of each month, so if you enter as example 01/25/xxxx to 01/25/xxxx and have bookings a report will produce.  This is the same report that we send out via email.  You can do this for any month.  There may be times when we deposit commissions on a different date and therefore you will use that date range instead.
     
  • The commission payment may be in your account before you actually receive the detailed email but you can still produce this report.
     
  • Your 1099 Tax Form, if you earn over $600 in the previous year, we will post online and mail out a copy to your agency around the end of January.  You can see your total commission amount by entering the date range of 01/01/xx to 12/31/xx to cover all payments made to your agency for the year.  In addition we will ask you to confirm receipt of your 1099 Form.
