Fill out the CBS FORM after EACH Booking for Tracking of Documents & Payment of Your Commissions.

This Electronic Form is considered the Commission Claim Form that is used to notify us of a booking that you have made either Online or by Telephone.

You will always need to fill out a CBS Form if you make a booking by the telephone and in order for us to send you confirmations or documents, please provide along with your name, your 7 digit Agent ID # (ex. 90xxxxx) to the vendor.  Read more on making Telephone Bookings.

When you sign into the agent only site, your agency information on the CBS Form is pre-populated on the bottom half of the form (you can update this info by clicking on the Edit Your Profile link on the homepage of the agent site) and the CBS Form only requires you to fill out certain information on the booking such as:

• Booking Number
• Vendor Name
• Destination
• Departure/Return dates 
• Passenger Lead Name
• Comment Section (optional)
• Total Cost of Booking (optional)

Once you submit the CBS Form an email copy should be sent to your email inbox (based on the email account we have in your profile) and one copy is sent to us.  When vendors fax us confirmations, send travel documents, and payout commission we search in our database system to match up with the booking with the proper agency. 

If you do not receive an email confirmation upon submitting the form please check the Commission Reporting Wizard (located on the Homepage) to see that the CBS Form is there.
