The reasons why:
So you have checked your Commission Reporting Wizard to see that you actually have entered the booking via a CBS Form.
You received a message when trying to enter a CBS Form that we have received the commission and have marked as LOST.
If the booking number does not show up when you enter it and you receive a No Record Found then we have not received the commission yet and are still waiting for it, so go ahead and enter a CBS.
Make sure to enter CBS Form after each booking.
